Well I’m not sure where to start with this beauty... but talk about a diamond in the rough.

When our clients at #SunValleySaddleHouse came to us and asked if we would walk the property with them after they purchased, we were blown away. And now we are in the midst of a major glow up. This house checks all the boxes for our clients, but they are ready to put their stamp on it. Think Ralph Lauren and Butch Cassidy had a baby.😂

What’s happening? Cue a bar with all the western feels (hint, hint “The Sun Valley Saddle House” was coined with this space in mind), a great room designed to fit a crowd but cozy enough for a family of five, a rec room complete with everything you could imagine for hosting late nights of playing pool, whiskey tastings and Netflix binging. Oh and the bunk room- talk about mountain sleepover bliss.

I can’t wait to continue sharing progress on this one, because well, it may be one of my favorites yet! (Ok, don’t laugh, I know I say that about every project, but seriously....)

Inspired by our upcoming move to the South (but still with my own little twist), this roundup is everything I actually want right now as we head into fall.

1. Gingham tablecloth
2. Animal-print slingbacks
3. Silver flower wall sconce
4. Vintage chair in a fun fabric
5. Fringe bag
6. Onyx sink
7. A new scent to set the mood
8. Metal switch plates
9. Chic matchboxes (never underestimate these)
10. Rattan wall rack

... and this is just a few of the pieces I pulled this month. It’s giving cozy Southern charm meets fresh, refined layers, and I’m so excited to share it all with you.
