If you seek our help with contracting as well, an average project adds a 10-15% total of your overall project cost for project management/general contracting services.

Whether your are looking for all new furniture and decor, or making slight adjustments to the overall look and feel of your space, we can provide you a comprehensive plan that showcases new furniture and decor and cosmetic upgrades (includes lighting, wall treatments, artwork, to name a few) to give your space a breath of new life. With this service we provide a detailed design scheme complete with procurement and ordering all items. Once all items are received at our warehouse we bring all hands on deck to install your space, styling included to reveal your dream room(s). This consultation-based design service can take place in our design studio or virtually! Think of it as a single day where we will provide resources, vendor recommendations, and ideas while answering questions.  At the end of the day, you will have a comprehensive list of designer recommendations, links/contacts to shop the ideas generated in the all-day, all-inclusive meeting. Trade only merchandise will be priced within a week of initial meeting. A mood board, along with an idea board for your project will be generated as the meeting is conducted. This does not include project management or rounds of revisions after.

This caters to the client, both local and non local, who need our help with designing and sourcing the items for their space(s), but who are not opposed to executing themselves, such as legwork regarding purchasing, and handling the installation. We love to help with setting the overall vision and plan… with this service, we will provide detailed floor plans, elevation drawings and black & white renderings so you can see the design executed as intended!

Here’s what you can expect: First, we ask you to email us photos and measurements of your space(s), along with completing a comprehensive questionnaire that helps us understand your vision. Second, upon review of your questionnaire and functionality requirements, we provide you a packet neatly comprised of mood boards showcasing all the items and materials we’ve found specifically for your space; elevation drawings, floor plans and renderings; a spreadsheet with a shopping list, including links to all items specified, for you to purchase at your leisure. (And we’ve even built in one round of revisions!) Take your packet of info to pass along to your general contractor (if applicable) or if you are planning to implement yourself you can do that too!

This is our a la carte service that caters to the person that may already have a pretty good idea of what they want to do to their home or space, but needs and wants our second opinion. Maybe you are repainting the entire interior of your home, or you are renovating your kitchen and need assurance of  the materials you have selected. Do they go together, is there a cohesive palette throughout? What should I put on my countertops?  Or possibly, you don’t have a direction at all and want our help at a high level of setting the tone for your space for you to run with on your own. You get the idea- this is our hourly service where you have our undivided attention to answer as many or as few questions as you like.
