Popping into Round Top today (manifesting major scores) and last night we bee-lined to @thegardencompany—order the brussel sprouts and thank me later. Also, icy cold sauv blanc = elite after a 10-hour drive. TN, we’re almost there. New chapter loading.

You saw us transform her upstairs office/family hangout—now the main floor got the full glow-up: formal living, pantry, kitchen, breakfast nook, and family room. So much color + pattern play, warm textures, and lived-in layers tying it all together.
