This was the very first room we demoed at the Sixth Street Bungalow, and easily one of the biggest transformations. What started as a simple update turned into redoing floors, vaulting the ceiling, and completely reworking the plumbing.

Now it actually works for how we live and host. With proper storage, a place for guests to hang clothes, built-in linen space, and a layout that finally makes sense.

At the core of every project for us is this idea: designing for how a space feels and functions, not just how it looks on paper. Every decision here was about creating something that feels lived-in, thoughtful, and quietly layered.

The details are what bring that to life. The custom sink skirts might be my favorite. They’re slightly feminine, but grounded in a way that still feels tailored and not too precious.

A long time coming, but exactly how it was meant to be! Hope you enjoy it:)

I think this is going to be such a fun space for when we have people over. A powder bath is the perfect place to do something a little unexpected (or a few things) and really lean into it.

Our team is really good at guiding the process from initial direction through the final details so it all comes together the way we envision. I am a real stickler for details.
Period. And I know this to be true, our clients walk away feeling relieved that we are managing it all for them. Because let’s be honest- there are thousands of decisions that we help them make from beginning to end.

March recap... where do I even begin!

It’s honestly so hard for me to share updates without giving away everything or without waiting until it’s “perfect.” (which... will it ever be?😂) I say this to Derrick all the time and he just rolls his eyes because he knows... I’II change my mind, move something, tweak a detail. That’s kind of the whole point though, right? A home is meant to evolve.

Even when I finally share a “reveal,” I already know there will be a version two... and probably a version three after that.

But truthfully, this past month has felt like a turning point. We’ve gotten so much done, and for the first time it’s actually starting to feel like a home-just in time for guests coming to stay with us this month (no pressure 😅).
