This month’s location design is our love letter to the South: crisp columns, iron lanterns, luxe textures, and a wink of ranch-polished but not precious. Oh how I love the vibes here!! I hope you love some ideas we have pulled to get you inspired too.

We’re still in pencil-sketch mode, but the North Star is clear: honor the bones, design for everyday rituals, let it feel slow and lived-in.

Think: porch lamps at dusk, a tiny side-garden with French doors off the sitting room, café curtains + lamplight everywhere, maybe a quiet painted check underfoot, and a pink-bath wink because why not. If you want the deeper dive (palette, layout thoughts, all the cozy details).

Phase 2 of So Susie Headquarters is here✨

You saw us transform her upstairs office/family hangout—now the main floor got the full glow-up: formal living, pantry, kitchen, breakfast nook, and family room. So much color + pattern play, warm textures, and lived-in layers tying it all together.

Designing with Susie is a joy-she’s wildly creative-and our hope was a home that matches her energy and heart. Here’s a little sneak peek from last week’s shoot... more reveals + sources soon.
