PhoJune is here, and suddenly I want to rearrange my entire life.
That sounds dramatic, but you know the feeling? When the air shifts just a little, and your brain starts whispering things like “what if we had an outdoor shower?” or “I’m cleaning out my closet and wearing only linen all season long.” Well … same. This got me dreaming of Nantucket design, and that’s what inspired me to write this post.
The vibe this month is: low-effort luxury.
Think crab boil dinners on a long picnic table. A wide-brim hat tossed into the backseat. The rattan lounger that practically begs for a beach read. I’m not saying you need a house in Nantucket to feel like you’re in a Nancy Meyers summer. But, I am saying the right edit of items can get you close. And that’s what this post is for.
So, I’ve pulled together things that will help you get this vibe. These are pieces that make life feel breezy and a little bit styled, even if you’re just home with a sparkling water and your dog. (Hi Lucy 👋)
These finds are for:
- backyard hangs that accidentally turn into dinner parties … my favorite summer day btw 😉
- sprucing up your patio with pieces that feel just elevated enough
- those in-between moments of summer that deserve to feel a little more charming
You don’t need a big vacation. You just need a few well-chosen details. I know some may be skeptical that you can feel that East Coast Nantucket summer vibe with just a few additions to your line-up. But, give it a try … it’s the little things that can make all the difference in how we live.
Let’s get into it.
Tote | Sunglasses | Pleated Lampshade | White Accent Table | Crab Plate | Pearl Necklace | Picnic Basket | Navy Dress | Solar Lights | Wicker Hurricane | White Drink Bucket | Rug | Floral Napkins | Umbrella | Straw Clutch | Bamboo Side Table | Glass Vase | Jelly Sandals | Rattan Urn | Chaise Lounge
Outdoor Living & Patio Moments

- Umbrella
This one really is the blueprint for making your backyard feel like a Nantucket vacation. The scalloped edges and sunny yellow fabric bring such a playful but refined energy to a space. It’s one of those upgrades that makes a bigger difference than you’d think. I have solid white umbrellas currently, and I use them for late afternoon shade around our sitting areas. But boy oh boy — how I want a pop of color like these! And, you need these umbrella stands from Amazon! - Solar Pathway Lights
I bought these to line our driveway, and now I want to put them everywhere. They cast the prettiest soft glow at night—like the outdoor version of a candlelit dinner—and the design doesn’t scream “solar light.” They’re just polished enough, and feel like they fit the aesthetic of everything else we’ve worked hard to make feel special.
- Chaise Lounge in Navy
The Navy is a no-brainer—it hides a little dirt, feels classic, and still looks elevated. But if you’re brave, the white version is stunning too. These are so comfy and bring that vintage resort vibe that makes you want to linger outside longer than you planned. I really can’t believe how well priced they are too- best price for the look that I could find! - Classic Stone Accent Table
This white stone piece has the cleanest silhouette and feels somewhere between antique garden stool and modern sculpture. It’s heavy-duty but chic, and I’ve used it as both a drink table and a place to plop a big flower pot.
Entertaining & Hosting Touches

- Ceramic Party Bucket
You can use this for everything during the summertime, including chilling wine, or even as a centerpiece. It looks amazing left out on the counter, but also feels super practical. Adds just the right amount of charm to a summer gathering. - Crab Oval Tray
This is coastal kitsch but in the best, most elevated way. Use this for serving cocktails, stacking cheese and crackers, or even just leaning it up on a shelf for a pop of personality. The blue-on-white gives it that nautical Nantucket vibe without being too theme-y. - Green Block Print Napkins
These will instantly make any table look thoughtful. They’re great for casual lunches and dressier dinners alike. The print gives a tiny dose of color and pattern, and they always get compliments.

- Woven Candle Hurricane
Whether on the table or on the ground, this piece layers in texture and warmth. I’d use them on an outdoor table with a candle inside. They make everything feel a bit more styled and glowy. Love the antique vibe they bring to a space.
Storage & Functional Finds

- Rattan Urn Basket
I originally thought this could be used for big branches or faux stems. But the XL size would also be amazing for rolled-up throws, extra pool towels, or just as a sculptural moment. It’s got a presence to it, but still feels airy.
- Bamboo Side Table
This is one of those low-key workhorse pieces that looks good anywhere. Whether placed between two comfy armchairs, or holding a drink, a plant, a book, whatever—it just fits. It gives that layered, lived-in look that feels collected but not cluttered.
- Picnic Basket
This is such a charming piece! Whether you’re actually heading out for a beach picnic (pretend you’re in Nantucket 😉) or just want to corral snacks or napkins at home, it brings instant character. Cute and elevated to make your picnicking vibes high.
Fashion & Accessories

- Tote
The graphic green script on the straw texture is so playful and fresh! It feels like summer in a bag. Try it for the market or trips to the lake. We have a family trip to Hawaii planned this summer, and this will be perfect for the beach too! - Cat Eye Sunglasses
These feel much more expensive than they are, which is ideal because I tend to lose my sunnies every season. The oversized cat-eye is just enough drama without being costume-y. Elevates even your most basic outfit. - Pearl Necklace
Shell and pearl-inspired jewelry is trending this season, and this one hits that note in a subtle, timeless way. I plan to throw it on with linen dresses or even jeans and a tee—it adds a little something special without trying too hard.

- Navy Everyday Dress
This is the one. It’s breezy enough for the beach, but structured enough for dinner. Love the button details and the length—it feels romantic and classic, like something you’d wear in a coastal Nancy Meyers scene or prancing around Nantucket. I love Favorite Daughter for us tall girls! Their dresses actually hit like a midi should — mid calf, and not at the knees! 😂
I’ve worn these basically every day since they arrived. They’re minimal, a little nostalgic (have you heard jelly shoes are also trending?) and surprisingly comfy. Toss them on for errands, walks, even around the house. If you’re looking for the one summer flip flop, these are it.
- Straw Clutch Purse
I always love a piece that can go from daytime errands to a dressed-up dinner, and this clutch does exactly that. It’s got texture, charm, and a little bit of that vintage energy that I always gravitate toward. Toss it into bigger bags as an organizer, or use it on its own when you don’t want to be weighed down. It instantly elevates even the simplest summer outfit.
Nantucket-Inspired Textiles & Soft Accents

- Flatwoven Performance Rug
This rug anchors any outdoor or indoor space beautifully. It has the most subtle double border detail that gives it polish, and it’s durable without looking utilitarian. A really good base layer and green looks sooo good outdoors!
- White Linen Table Lamp Shade
I’ve been loving soft lampshades lately, and this one is an easy swap that gives a whole lamp a new feel. It’s like summer-ifying your lighting without investing in a whole new piece—think dainty, breezy, and slightly vintage, like something you’d see in a Nantucket cottage.

- Seeded Glass Vase
So simple but stunning. It’s the tiny bubbles in the glass that make it feel handmade and special. Add one or two branches or just let it sit empty—it still feels like a statement.
Just a few last thoughts …
I don’t know what it is about this time of year, but suddenly everything feels like it’s asking to be romanticized. Even just sitting outside in an old lawn chair with a drink in hand feels like a moment. And, I’m realizing—it kind of is. June is all about entering your slow-down era, so take the time to be present and just enjoy the little things.
This edit wasn’t about curating some perfect version of summer. It’s more about some Nantucket-inspired things that quietly elevate the everyday … like a good straw clutch you grab a hundred times without thinking, or lights that make your driveway glow and welcomes you and your guests.
No big lessons here—just little things I wanted to share with you. And, if any of these pieces help make your summer feel a little more special, then that’s the whole point. 🤍
