WOW... Part two is here and she’s just as good.
You all loved the first round of finds, and I kept going—because clearly we’re in our backyard era. Think charming outdoor moments, budget-friendly planters, tabletop touches, and a few smart hacks that make it all feel thoughtful (without trying too hard).

Introducing a new summer series we’re calling Supper at the Ranch—a little tradition-in-the-making that’s all about slowing down, cooking seasonally, and savoring the kind of meals that turn into memories.
For our anniversary, we made a summery garden pasta (inspired by Barefoot Contessa, of course) that somehow tastes even better eaten outside. And for dessert? A boozy affogato that took minutes but so delish. It was one of those nights where everything felt simple, thoughtful, and just right.
The table wasn’t fancy—I used kitchen tea towels as a runner, grabbed a few flowers and plopped them in bud vases, and laid bunches of tomatoes right in the middle as a makeshift centerpiece. I’m telling you… effort optional, vibe required.
When I think back to starting Allison Clouser Interiors many years back, I actually had a whole section on my website dedicated to events—helping clients style dinner parties, or even a full-on party-party. It was a real thing! And although I don’t still offer that service I love sharing ideas on here! Hosting and gathering have always felt like such a natural extension of design for me. So this series feels like coming full circle.
Every Friday this summer, we’ll be sharing a new recipe—nothing fussy, just delicious meals that feel right for the moment.
Comment “Pinterest” for a link to our page with all the recipes and inspo we gather each week. Cheers to the weekend! 😘
This month’s location-inspired design? Santa Barbara-by request! We dreamed up a Spanish-style home that feels both grounded and a little unexpected.
This style is modern but timeless, romantic but edited, and gives just enough charm without being overly theme-y. It’s the kind of look that feels like it’s been there forever-but still feels fresh and livable for today.
If this sounds like your dream home, comment ‘HACIENDA’ and we’ll DM you the full mood boards + links to get the look. Can’t wait to see how you run with it.
